What are the standard sizes for cabinet handles, and how do I measure them?
A: The most common standard sizes for cabinet handles are 96mm, 128mm, and 160mm. These measurements refer to the distance between the screw holes (also known as the center-to-center measurement).
To measure accurately, simply place your ruler from the center of one screw hole to the center of the other. For knobs, there is no standard size, but most diameters range from 1" to 1.5".

How do I install new cabinet handles if the drill holes don't align?
A: If your new handles don’t align with existing holes, you have two options. First, you can use a Handle Installation Template (Jig), which helps you mark precise drilling points for any spacing. Alternatively, for minor mismatches, you can use "Filler Plates" or "Backplates" that cover the old holes while allowing new screws to pass through.

What materials and finishes are best for kitchen cabinet handles?
A: For high-traffic kitchens, we recommend Stainless Steel or Zinc Alloy with a brushed or matte black finish. These materials are corrosion-resistant, durable, and easy to clean. Solid Brass is excellent for a premium look, while Ceramic or Glass offers a pop of color for vintage or eclectic styles. Always consider your cabinet material; heavier doors may require more robust hardware.

How should I clean and maintain my cabinet handles?
A: To avoid damaging the finish, always use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down handles. Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or scouring pads, as they can strip protective coatings. For polished finishes like chrome or brass, a microfiber cloth can help restore shine. Regular dusting will prevent buildup in crevices.

Can I mix and match different handle styles in my kitchen?
A: Yes, mixing styles is a popular trend! A common rule of thumb is to use pulls (handles) on larger cabinets and drawers, and knobs on smaller doors (like upper wall cabinets). Ensure they share a similar finish (e.g., all Matte Black or all Brushed Gold) to maintain a cohesive look, even if the shapes differ.
